For schools we offer bespoke programmes that focus on creative and purpose based activities, including specialist and bespoke behaviour interventions tailored to pupils' needs. Our experience in delivering traditional and innovative activities that help young people regulate their own responses and unlock latent potential has seen great success across KS1, KS2 and KS3.

Pupil Personal
Development Days
Bespoke activity days designed to build character, trust, and confidence, aligned with school-identified goals.
Group Size: 10-20 pupils
Age Range: KS2 and KS3
Staffing provided: 1 coach
Space needed: Sports hall, gym, outdoors
School staffing required: Pastoral or DSL,
dependent on children’s needs
Duration: 1 day
Reward
Days
Exciting, coach-led experiences like NERF games, drift scooters, and laser tag used as incentives or alternative trips.
Group Size: 10 pupils up to a whole class
Age Range: KS1, KS2 and KS3
Staffing provided: 1 coach
Space needed: The size and agenda of the day are dependent on the space available to facilitate.
Lunchtime
Play Work
Structured, purposeful games that promote safe, active play and model positive behaviour, tailored for specific classes or groups.
Group Size: 10-20 pupils
Age Range: KS1 and KS2
Staffing provided: 1 coach
Space needed: Sports hall, outdoors as per the needs of school
Duration: lunchtime (daily or weekly)
Wraparound
Childcare Provision
On-site provision available to upskill staff, provide activties or provide reward/incentive days.
Group Size: Up to 40 pupils
Age Range: KS1, KS2 and KS3
Staffing provided: TBD based on size of group
